Step Into Purpose
One Pair of Boots at a Time

Join us for an unforgettable evening of honor, healing, and hope at the 2nd Annual Military & Veteran Boots Ball on Thursday, June 6, 2026, at the elegant Hyatt Regency: Patterson Ballroom in Lexington, KY.

This formal black-tie event invites you to pair your finest attire with military boots, or a meaningful pair of your choice, as a symbol of solidarity and remembrance.

Active duty service members and veterans are encouraged to wear their official military dress uniform in place of black-tie attire, honoring their service and the legacy of those they represent.

Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner, powerful storytelling, and the visually moving Combat Boots Memorial Display, all while supporting suicide prevention efforts for our military and veteran community.

Purchase your tickets today and stand with us, because every step counts.

Together, we honor the fallen, uplift the living, and build a future filled with hope.

Why Attend?

The Military & Veteran Boots Ball is more than a formal event—it’s a movement of remembrance, unity, and purpose. When you attend, you become a vital part of a growing community committed to breaking the stigma around mental health, honoring those we’ve lost to suicide, and ensuring no service member, veteran, or military family walks alone.

Whether you are a veteran, active duty service member, spouse, family member, civilian ally, or community leader, your presence sends a powerful message:

“Your life matters. You are not forgotten. We are in this together.”

Attending this evening allows you to:

  • Show tangible support for suicide prevention in Kentucky's military and veteran communities.

  • Connect with others who are passionate about healing and honoring our nation’s heroes.

  • Witness stories of strength and survival from those who’ve walked the hardest paths—and lived to lead others.

  • Celebrate resilience and unity through music, storytelling, and powerful symbolic moments.

  • Be inspired to take action in your own life, workplace, or community.

💜 Why It Matters

Every ticket purchased, every table sponsored, and every boot worn at the Military & Veteran Boots Ball is a visible, powerful act of solidarity in the mission to end military and veteran suicide.

Proceeds from this event directly fund:

  • Life-saving suicide prevention efforts led by the Fayette County Military Suicide Prevention Coalition (FCMSPC)

  • Community-based outreach programs providing peer support, education, and connection for those struggling with invisible wounds

  • Wellness initiatives including mental health workshops, trauma-informed care resources, family support events, and resource navigation for veterans in need

  • Combat Boots Memorial Displays that honor the lives lost and inspire meaningful conversations about hope and healing

  • Free and low-cost access to events, therapy referrals, and wellness support for underserved military and veteran populations

By supporting the Boots Ball, you are investing in a future where fewer families have to grieve, more veterans find their path to healing, and every life is valued and remembered.
